I am hearing-impaired and hear with (bi-aural) Cochlear implants. The dual implants provide somewhat better hearing than a monaural implant, but it's not perfect. I have recently aquired a mobile phone. (719 680 1046) This phone has a loudspeaker so I MIGHT be able to speak with you if you feel the need to call. I may also be able to hear you on a land line phone. Much of this will be determined both by the speakers' voice and the quality of transmission. In the event the voice quality isn't good enough, you can always send a text message. I can contact you via TDD relay service if necessary. This is slow and tedious but it DOES work, and I have less problem with voice quality. I strongly urge you to contact me via email first if you wish to try using mobile or land line voice phone service. This will allow me to put your phone number in my phone book. Otherwise, your call may wind up being lost as an "Unknown, don't waste call time answering this one".
In lieu of text messaging, you may email me directly smoke@wyvrncstgs.com and leave a message. I will contact you via whichever system I feel is best at the time.
