New grip cap designs

Not being satisfied with the paucity of grip caps available on the market today, a wide range of grip caps in both oval and teardrop designs have been developed.  Due to the number of possible variations (over 30, 000 at this writing) most of these will not be stocked.  

However, using CNC technology these items are easily machined in short order from either bar stock or castings, both of which are easily stocked.  Generally speaking, the time between receipt and manufactur of an order is extremely short.  The time frame will, of course, depend on the existing workload. 

This process also allows us to produce custom grip caps almost as quickly.  To reduce production time, we are in the process of developing our own in house casting facilities for production of non-ferrous castings. Custom cast steel products generally take two months or more, depending on the work load at the foundry. 

Our grip caps will be available in (but not limited too) the following materials:

• Aluminum
• Brass
• Cast, machinable plastic (ivory color)
• Micarta (any standard color available)
• Nickel silver
• 8620 alloy steel
• Stainless steel
• Walnut and other woods

Styles include flat or domed tops and various edge treatments.  Raised pads or recessed pockets suitable for inlay and/or engraving are optional.  Bas-relief artwork may be cast onto or carved into the grip caps.
