How to Order...
Shipping:
Whenever possible we currently ship via US Postal service using flat rate priority mail. This is to your benefit as we can ship multiple items for the same price as a single item. To facilitate this, we are in the process of setting up a shopping cart. This being done to ease the ordering process, reduce or eliminate possible confusion relative to our part numbering system and provide and provide an easy means for selecting your payment preferences.
For shipments outside the US, we will require a phone number and an address code for your local address. If either of these is not provided, delays may result while we contact you for the information.
If you are looking for a custom item, stabilizing or other service, the shopping cart will provide information for contacting us for further information. In the meantime, we ask that you please contact us if you have any questions pertaining to your order or if you prefer a different shipping method.
Electronic payments:
We now have a Pay Pal account for order processing. To use this service, we would send you an invoice via email from Pay Pal. You do not have to have a Pay Pal account to use this system and have the option of using your credit card, debit card, or other means accepted by Pay Pal. Pay Pal also handles currency conversions.
You can use Western Union, Direct bank transfer, or other means, but we do not recommend these due to the high costs involved. Please contact us prior to using these services as there is some extra paperwork involved as well as extra costs.
